From today we will automatically reject articles if the links are malformed, it looks like a number of authors are using scripts to submit articles (which is fine of course) but in doing so are not checking that their links are broken.

http://   without any domain name will lead to the article getting a rejection.

We are working on a new authors area that will allow minor issues like this to be fixed up and resubmitted but its going to be a few months before this is ready.
